I like the three logo concepts designs and it shows different characteristics but what I suggest to continue to the next step and work on logo concept 1. It shows the face of the character.If you want you can add eyes and nose but less is more.
The typeface of Medusa and Vipers in my opinion I suggest larger font and regular or bold typeface because I think it will balance out the logo. You can also join up Medusa Vipers together and place it in the bottom middle with a curve shaped style or you can place the full logo name across the neck where it cuts the two lines.
Overall I like Logo concept 1. Develop it more and see how you go. Hope it will come out great at the end with the correct and outstanding colour chose and typeface.
